Last Saturday was a very special day for Grant and for our whole family, Grant was baptized!! It was such a great day and everything turned out just beautiful! The baptism took place at our stake center at 10am. It was so nice to have so many family and friends there to celebrate this special day! My mom gave a talk on baptism and Ryan's mom gave a talk on the holy ghost, they both did such a wonderful job and brought in the spirit. Ryan was able to baptize and confirm Grant a member of the church. What a wonderful experience for our family! After the baptism friends and family were invited over for lunch. It was such a great day and I know that Grant made the right decision by being baptized.

Congratulations Grant! Wow...8 years old huh! That is wonderful that you chose to be baptized. Yes being 8 is definitely great! We love you and your fun family.

And the best part is...now you get to be a scout mom! Pinewood derbies, patch sewing (ugghhhh), blue and gold banquets, pack meetings......
I guess you just as well get used to it with all of those boys!

Congrats Grant on your baptism!! It is hard to believe your 8 years old. Especially as I was your primary teacher when you were just 5 years old. You sure have grown up fast. Hope you had a very memorable day and a day you will never forget.
