Grant's Baptism

Last Saturday was a very special day for Grant and for our whole family, Grant was baptized!! It was such a great day and everything turned out just beautiful! The baptism took place at our stake center at 10am. It was so nice to have so many family and friends there to celebrate this special day! My mom gave a talk on baptism and Ryan's mom gave a talk on the holy ghost, they both did such a wonderful job and brought in the spirit. Ryan was able to baptize and confirm Grant a member of the church. What a wonderful experience for our family! After the baptism friends and family were invited over for lunch. It was such a great day and I know that Grant made the right decision by being baptized. Baptism program cover

Happy Belated Birthday Ryan

Last week, Feb.4, was Ryan's birthday. He turned 29 again, unbelievable I know! We had a great evening celebrating his special day. His parents were nice enough to come by and watch the boys so that we could go have dinner alone! We went to Emory's, a nice little restaurant on Silver Lake just minutes from our house. Then when we got home we enjoyed yummy pastries from Ryan's favorite french bakery and opened up gifts. The boys and I got him tickets to the Everett Sivertips hockey game. We went to the game last Saturday night and had so much fun!
